Michele was a pleasure to work with! As a first-time home buyer, I was lucky enough to work with a Realtor who is dedicated, attentive and very professional. We were relocating from Clayton to Hope Mills and needed to sell our house fast! Through open houses every weekend, on-line marketing, and constant connections with people she had us under contract in 36 days! If you want someone on the pulse of today’s market, she is your person. Her work ethic and professionalism are incredibly focused, and her focus is YOU. She gets it done.

We are a military family, constantly moving to an area we have never been to before which makes it difficult to find a Realtor we know and trust. Out of many Realtors we have dealt with over a 28 year career in the Army has been challenging to say the least. So when we reached out to an add on the internet to a house we liked, Michele promptly answered all of our questions. During that phone call I had a few questions that honestly we best answered by pictures. She without being asked too, drove to the property and took several pictures and sent them to me the same day. That is just one example of her going above and beyond. The area we were looking for a home was difficult to find what we wanted. She spent many DAYS with us, driving us around looking at potential properties. She honestly is the first realtor that I can say has without a doubt earned every penny and then some. Michelle is constantly going above and beyond what I am use too. Michele has now become our family friend, and still reaches out to see if we need anything. If you need a Realtor that actually does what they say they are going to do, doesn’t pressure you at all in any direction, I recommend Michele all day long.

When do we see Ms. Michele was the constant excited plea from my 6 year old throughout our transition period between owning a house in Dallas to temporary apartment in Raleigh and finally moving to our new place. Working with Michele to find our perfect home turned a chore into a real adventure. We’ve worked with so many realtors before and while the experience was pleasant, it was distant. Michele, on the other hand, can truly be called more a friend than a realtor. After not seeing Diana for a  couple of years, we met Diana at Food Lion. We talked and told her we were still in an apartment. We felt we would not be able to purchase a home and she said let's try, what do you have to lose. I could go on and on about what this special lady has done for us, I would be filling up another sheet of paper with nothing but  positive energy from what Diana has helped us accomplish. I lost my wife about 18 months ago and decided to sell my home to move closer to family. Diana was recommended to me by a contractor I had used in the past. I had no idea where to start. My wife and I had collected so much furniture and knick knacks that our home was very cluttered. She met with me, my brothers and their wives and planned out each room. Diana took a roll of painters tape and labeled every item that needed to be removed from each room and gave us a detailed worksheet for prepping the home for sale. She asked if I had a place to put the excess furnishings (we had a small storage area) and the items that did not fit , she showed us how to divide a space in the garage to neatly stack and store the remaining items. Diana was not pushy and never made us feel like our furnishings weren't up to par, she worked magic with what we had. She even came over several days to help us pack and stage the home. She also helped with the permitting process for our porch which was built without permits. We ultimately got $5,000 more than we thought possible and I think it was due to her staging abilities. I believe she was a Godsend to us!

I have purchased sold and bought 3 houses with Veneta Ford.  Her love for people is out of this world!  She works hard for every individual and her negotiating skills are beyond my comprehension.  I cannot sing her praises enough.  I am finally in my last house and I am retired and I couldn’t be happier.  I have the best neighbors and I am so blessed.  If you are looking for a real estate professional – Please take the time and find out how many potential negotiations your real estate professional has encountered!  I can assure you, if you will do that, you will find out real quick how your transaction is going to be handled.  Veneta and her team are always on top of their game and they go to every extent to research all the information needed when buying a home.  Veneta and her team are the most professional and well diverse in the real estate market – you will find NO ONE BETTER! 

She stayed on top of things for us while we were buying a new construction home and selling ours. Asked questions of the builder that we didn’t think of and did all the leg work. All we had to do was show up. The only way she could have been better was to bring us doughnuts!
